- Implement a road show to follow-up on a pre-event awareness
campaign carried out in a number of major companies in Brussels
- This campaign aims to inspire workers to cycle to work on
- The companies were selected by IBGE
- To organise and manage a series of “meet & greet”
events on 3 Friday mornings for workers when they arrive.
- Organise a breakfast and distribute welcome packs
- Adapt the concept “change your habits and cycle to
work on Friday” to a suitable visibility and awareness
road show = generate interest
- Create a “domino” effect (word of mouth)
- Inspire workers to create a new habit
- Create and design a welcome environment.
- Emphasize the quality of the welcome thanks to a quality
breakfast, using organic products.
- Ensure a controlled operation, both on staff and logistics
- Ensure all supplies used are recyclable, organic or sustainable.
