Esprit was one of the co-sponsors of the MTV awards in München.
To support this sponsorship, Esprit decided (through their agency,
Pulsmacher) to organise a series of shopping parties for the
Esprit card-holders through their network in Europe. An email
invitation was sent to all members with the incentive to win
4 x 2 entries to the MTV Awards. Pulsmacher needed to find local
agencies across Europe to deliver the operations and logistics
of the Shopping parties.
- Coordinate staff and logistics for 2 “shoppertainment”
evenings in the Leuven and Antwerp shops on 18 October 2007:
- Deliver and coordinate catering solutions
- Provide and supervise security staff
- Provide and supervise photographer and video producer
to deliver content for the EDC website.
- Promote and escort 4 VIPs at Café d’Anvers (Antwerpen)
in the context of this European promotion (branding and co-sponsoring)
- Recruit staff and build teams of 4 + security
- Liaise with Pulsmacher for visual material
- Brief staff on logistics and security
- Brief photographer and video producer
